Valerie A Prayer for 2022
Gracious God,
This year I have witnessed national disasters, know someone who came in contact with COVID, insurrection at the White House, the death of family members or friends, and I continue to ceaseless bear witness that Black Lives Matter. Yet, amid a trying year, I am still the recipient of your grace. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for your unconditional love.
I end this year with a thankful heart that I am still here in the land of the living. Father, help me release all bitterness, disappointment, anger, and frustrations of the last 12 months. Let me move into 2022, knowing that you love me and want the best for me.
Would you please reveal by your Spirit, that your grace, who called me into eternal glory in Christ? I pray for your Spirit will establish, settle, strengthen, and perfect those things that I have suffered (1 Peter 5:10). Prepare my mind, body, and Spirit before these 21 days of prayer and consecration in January (Daniel 10:2-3).
I praise You for breath, for strength, for my right mind, and especially for Your presence in my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen and Amen!

- Prepare – 21 days of eating fruit, vegetable, nuts, beans, legumes, eggs, almond milk, and water., your body.
- Avoid sugar, bread, all processed foods and beverages, dairy, and fried foods. All of the foods you consume should consist of one word.
- This is an excellent opportunity to dry new vegan and vegetarian recipes. Shop the outer counter of your local grocery store in the fresh produce sections.
- We are abstaining from all forms of alcohol, caffeine, and recreational marijuana.
